I'm looking for 2 individual roommates (sorry no couples) to live with me on 8 Hagood Avenue. 3 bedrooms, rent is $1550 right now between 2 people (deposit $516, first month $775). If we get 3 people, my landlord would like to raise it to $1800 ($600 deposit and first month). I need people immediately as my landlord wants an answer by tomorrow what I'm going to do.
